"I just wanted to give a shoutout to Cielo at Chad Sumner State Farm! She’s so sweet and polite, and even though she’s still new, she’s always super eager to help. If she doesn’t know the answer to something right away, she’s quick to let you know she’ll get back to you with the right info, which I really appreciate. What I love the most is how she follows up to make sure I’ve received my ID card or declaration page. It’s those little touches that make such a big difference. Cielo brings such a positive energy to the office, and she’s just a delight to work with. She’s definitely a great addition to the team!"

"I only leave reviews if someone goes the extra mile OR if someone does not even try to meet the bare minimum. April Corbett and Lyndsey Brannon go the extra mile every single time. They are professional, personable, and give you their undivided attention. Lyndsey signed me up and made me feel like it was the best decision after I had been with another company for so long. She was 100% correct. As for April, my insurance was coming up for renewal and about to cancel because I had not handled what I needed to on my end. I had been in the hospital oblivious to anything that was waiting for me when April stayed late at the office to take care of everything that I wasn't able to at the time and was such a sweet soul about it. That's a successful trust fall."

"Thank you so much for continuing to go the extra mile for us. This has been a nightmare for my husband and myself after both our teen drivers totaled their vehicles back in April. Along with my husband being hit by an uninsured motorist and then hitting a deer. We have no moving violations among our entire family yet our old insurance company dropped us, when we needed them the most. The quotes we got were absolutely outrageous with the highest one being $8600 for 6 months. Lynsey and this team continued to work on getting us the best deal possible. Lyndsey spoke with me and my husband and understand our frustration about this situation. There isn’t a doubt in my mind if we needed help with our insurance they wouldn’t do anything possible to help us. We will be telling family and friends about your team!
